A) All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
B) Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you via E-mail or phone. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by e-mail or phone and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order.
C)Signatures are required of all orders (someone must sign for your shippment or, you have to pick it up from the local Fed Ex/UPS.)
D) For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $15.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
A) We DO offer combined shipping rates based on multiple purchase transactions, as long as the items are purchased concurrently at the same time, and we are notified prior to the completion of the sale.
A) Additional shipping charges will be added for any order outside the contiguous United States.
B) Please allow approximately 1-3 business days to process your international order. No orders are allowed to be shipped as "Gifts".

B) Any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping Advanced Auto Recyclers may cancel the order and refund the order.

B) Take pictures of any damage and have the delivery driver sign off on shipping any documentation.
C) Damage from shipping must be brought to our attention immediately. Hold all damaged goods & packing materials for inspection.
